About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Recovery Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs in a community, residential, or inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Individuals with Mental Health Needs: Provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with Support Circles: Work closely with support circles to develop and implement personalized support plans, enabling individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Set and Achieve Meaningful Goals: Set and work towards achieving meaningful and aspirational goals with service users, promoting positive outcomes and empowering individuals to take control of their lives.
  • Provide Training and Development Opportunities: Participate in full training provided by Creative Support Ltd, as well as opportunities to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
