Key Responsibilities- Coaching and inspiring your team to be the best they can be
- Communicating effectively with customers from small children to adults
- Projecting a positive, friendly personality while working
- Working in all areas of the business, including reception, café, parties, kitchen, go-karts, and laser tag
- Ensuring compliance with our Health & Safety Policy by inspecting the climbing frame daily
- Meeting and greeting customers at the front reception
- Taking orders and serving food and drink at the café counter
- Serving food and drink to customers' tables
- Operating and supervising the Go-Karts and Laser Tag
- Hosting children's parties, including setting up party rooms, serving food and drink, and ensuring birthday cake delivery
- Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation
- Cleaning and maintaining the play area and facilities
- Working occasional evening shifts for private hire parties and ticket-only events
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to enter and inspect the climbing frame
