Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Florist to join our team at Wild at Heart, a renowned floristry company. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conditioning and preparing flowers for arrangements
  • Advising customers on flower selection and arrangement design
  • Creating beautiful and unique floral designs that meet our brand aesthetic and standards
  • Packaging and presenting flowers to ensure a high standard of quality
  • Stock rotation and inventory management
  • Daily paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio and shop environment
  • Liaising with internal and external couriers for customer deliveries
  • Supporting head office staff with ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a floristry or related field
  • Strong knowledge of seasonal flowers and their care
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Creative background or experience, although not essential
  • Good phone manners and communication skills
