About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Floral Artist to join our team at The Savoy. As a key member of our Savoy Flowers team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional flower arrangements and displays that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flower Preparation: Prepare and condition flowers every morning to ensure they are of the highest quality for our guests.
  • Display and Presentation: Create visually stunning flower displays and arrangements that meet our hotel's 5-star luxury standards.
  • Guest Service: Provide professional and attentive service to our guests, ensuring their flower requests are met with a smile.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Savoy Flowers team to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Assist the team with ad hoc duties as required, particularly during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Floristry Qualifications: Hold relevant floristry qualifications and certifications.
  • Experience: Possess 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Be confident in all aspects of floristry, including wedding wiring techniques.
