Vacancy Overview

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Supervisor to oversee our team of Cleaning Operatives and the Cleaning Services we deliver to our esteemed clients.



Position Type:
Permanent - Part Time.

Compensation:
£12.47 per hour.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 14:30.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the cleaning staff across designated sites, collaborating with the Account Management team.
  • Foster effective relationships and ensure that team members are performing their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in accordance with company policies and values.
  • Collaborate closely with site teams to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
  • Guide cleaning teams to achieve outstanding service standards.
  • Engage with clients to address specific needs or concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits of cleaning operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff, including site familiarization and cleaning protocols.
  • Provide hands-on cleaning support as needed and respond to cleaning requests.
  • Deliver ongoing safety and COSHH training, maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule and assign specific tasks to cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in organizing staff rotas and providing accurate timesheets to management.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Maintain positive relationships with client representatives on-site.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Cleaning Services Supervisor.
  • Ability to establish credible relationships.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with audits and familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and QHSAS 18001 standards.
  • Capable of listening to and motivating team members.
  • Proven track record of responsiveness and innovation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Maintain professional relationships that align with our core values.
