The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on a range of projects from inception to completion. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across multiple sectors, including Mixed Use Leisure developments, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Residential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Monitor and control project costs
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor at Assistant or Graduate level
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Willingness to work towards APC and become Chartered
