About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting. As a key member of our Property Consultancy, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  • Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and forecasts to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on the Consultancy/PQS side.
  • Experience working on projects within Property/Building sectors.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
