About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to join our team at Flagship Consulting in Plymouth. As a key member of our Property Consultancy, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, working on a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Regeneration, Retail, Education, and Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Employers Agent on the Consultancy / PQS side.
  • Experience working on projects within Property / Building.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
