We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Manager to support the delivery of our policy and public affairs plan. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of Policy to develop and implement policy initiatives that drive sustainable economic growth in Scotland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in policy development, with experience of driving change within a membership environment. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent time management skills and the ability to provide expert judgement on policy issues.

You will have a strong understanding of the Scottish economy and the ability to develop and implement effective policy solutions.
