Pension Business Analyst Job Description

We are currently working with an established trustee organisation that are seeking an experienced Pension Business Analyst to join their team.

As a Pension Business Analyst with Alexander Lloyd, you will have the opportunity to work with a firm that administers schemes that have over 87,000 members throughout the higher education sector, providing exposure to a wide range of opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define appropriate testing to ensure system changes are as specified
  • Collaborate with members of the Benefits Team to understand business requirements, providing advice on potential technical solutions
  • Understand pension administration system functionality, including calculations, interfaces, processes, letters system updates, and self-service applications

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 5 years of in-depth understanding of pensions administration for both DB & DC schemes
  • At least 5 years of implementing and testing core aspects of pension administration systems
  • At least 5 years of producing and reviewing system specifications

This role will be based in our London office, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
