Business Analyst for Pensions Administration
**Key Responsibilities:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Certain Advantage. As a Business Analyst for Pensions Administration, you will be responsible for:
- Precisely capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations.
- Translating business requirements into functionality and assessing the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.
- Assessing and modeling processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Creating clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information, and ensuring that business requirements and use cases are handled.
- Configuring and documenting software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.
- Creating acceptance criteria and validating that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
- Creating and presenting compelling business cases to justify solution value and establish approval, funding, and prioritization.
- Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality.
Requirements:
- Pensions administration and finance-related systems interfaces relevant to finance/payments.
- Experience of large-scale bespoke software implementation projects of new platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive requirements to deliverables.
