Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Pension Corporation. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement and change across our investments business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business objectives and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with change scope and timescales.
  • Develop and propose business solutions, advising on development ideas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the full change lifecycle, from idea generation to implementation, contributing to proposal, scope definition, and planning business analysis deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Investments Front Office to capture new requests, understand business needs, and distill requirements into actionable insights.
  • Cross-asset product knowledge, ideally across Fixed Income and Derivatives, is essential.
  • Full trade lifecycle knowledge is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple changes/requests simultaneously, prioritizing business needs and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage internal customers and achieve desired results.
  • A logical, analytical, and structured thinker, with the ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems.
