Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful site survey and project management of heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site and customer management
  • Site surveys and audits
  • Provide technical and practical support to engineers in the delivery of HVAC projects
  • Quoting for all elements of a project, including equipment, labour and transport
  • Building detailed RAMS for clients and the sales team
  • Support technical standards and operational policies across every element of the business
  • Project planning and management
  • H&S compliance and awareness within RAMS for project delivery with guidance from HSEQ
  • Participate in the OOH on-call managers rota
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in HVAC engineering or a related M&E field
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC, with a strong focus on cooling / heating systems
  • Proficiency in MS software and able to use a tablet for site surveys
