Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employment Coach to join our team at Seetec Pluss. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals and overcome barriers to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sustainable employment.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aspirations.
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans, setting clear goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help customers develop the skills and confidence needed to secure employment.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders, including employers and training providers, to identify job opportunities and provide support with job applications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • A good working knowledge of the local labour market and the ability to identify job opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of self-employment and the ability to provide guidance on entrepreneurship.
  • Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
  • A full driving licence.
