About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dane House in Brighton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with Learning Disability and/or complex needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our service users. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with Learning Disability and/or complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support individuals to develop and maintain their independence and autonomy
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of individual care plans
