We are currently seeking a proactive individual to join our Priority Service (PPS) team, based in Chesterfield. This role involves direct collaboration with the Managing Director, providing essential support and updates, as well as working closely with other team members to ensure project completion aligns with client expectations.

As part of our onboarding process, you will receive comprehensive training, including hands-on experience with our installation team and an introduction to our internal IT systems, along with insights into our operational processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Director of PPS by managing key responsibilities as directed by senior management.
  • Assist the Service and Installation departments with various tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and log service faults into our management software.
  • Prepare quotes for new maintenance agreements and scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis for engineers and the helpdesk.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:
NVQ or higher in electronic engineering
Proficient IT skills
Experience in a Service and Installation environment within the electronic security sector or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Full clean driving license
