Job Opportunity: Administrative Support Specialist for Program Operations

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Support Specialist for the Human Trafficking and Gaming Enforcement Programs. This position is crucial for gathering, evaluating, and structuring information from diverse sources, tracking law enforcement leads, and working closely with supervisors, agents, and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold confidentiality standards in all tasks.

  • Participate in meetings and accurately record minutes.
  • Oversee tip sources, maintain logs, analyze information, and liaise with informants.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in data evaluation, record-keeping, and office management.
  • Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret guidelines, work autonomously, and communicate effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Considerations:

Experience in data gathering and analysis is preferred.
