About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Pensions Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing member pension benefits, updating relevant administration systems, and providing excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in a comprehensive learning program to develop skills and knowledge in pension administration
  • Processing member pension benefits under the rules of the pension scheme and members' leaving procedures
  • Updating relevant pensions administration systems and databases to ensure accuracy of information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members through written and verbal communication
  • Performing general business administration and customer service tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong desire to build a long-term career in pension administration. You will be ambitious, willing to learn, and have a positive mindset. A high level of numeracy and good literacy and communication skills are essential. Business administration and customer service experience is preferred.
