Leader Recruitment Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join educational institutions in the Leeds region. The ideal applicant will possess experience in supporting children or adults with Special Educational Needs and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges.

The institutions serve young individuals with a range of needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, complex medical conditions, physical disabilities, Downs Syndrome, sensory impairments, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The educational framework is organized into three distinct phases: Primary, Secondary, and Post-16.

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Qualifications for the Successful Candidate:

  • Experience in working with individuals with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility and a dedication to addressing the varied needs of students
  • Competence in using technology for educational purposes
  • A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children with additional requirements
