Job Details

Join our team as a Teaching Assistant at Springwell Academy Leeds, a specialist provision for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Job Role
  • Support and lead small groups and individuals with Maths, English, reading, SEAL, and practical activities.
  • Deploy effective strategies for supporting pupils with a range of behavioural conditions (ASD/ADHD/SEMH/ODD).
  • Assist the teacher in producing classroom and specialist resources.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Springwell Leeds. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with SEMH needs, helping them to develop resilience, social skills, and self-esteem.

You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and support, using a range of strategies to engage and motivate our students.
