Software Engineer Internship at Cisco

Cisco is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer Intern to join our team. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and develop your skills in software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the Agile Software Development process, performing activities such as requirements collection, UI design, solution design and evaluation, implementation, unit and QA testing, and deployment.
  • Work on real-world projects, collaborating with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Develop your skills in software development, including programming languages, software design patterns, and testing methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of automation tools and products to improve the employee experience in a hybrid work environment.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying for a degree in a field related to maths, information technology, or scientific study.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Enjoy solving problems and curious about how things work.
  • Good communicator, both verbally and in writing, and comfortable sharing ideas.
  • Demonstrable interest in technology and programming.
  • Willing to invest time learning and developing skills.
