**Job Summary**

Our client, a distinguished national recruitment agency situated in the city centre, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide support at Partner level within their Real Estate team.

The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in assisting senior stakeholders, fostering a dynamic environment within a forward-thinking team, where the successful candidate can shape and define their role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing PA support to Senior Lawyers
  • Being the first point of contact for the department fielding both internal and external queries
  • Drafting correspondence and email responses
  • Efficiently managing demanding diaries
  • Organising meetings, encompassing document preparation
  • Facilitating travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating team social events.
  • Handling invoicing and expense processing for the team.
  • Managing billing.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties, including document preparation.

This role will suit an experienced, professional PA from a real estate background and a desire to build a career within a positive supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, enthusiastic and proactive.

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally educated to A-Level Standard
  • Ability to deal confidently with a range of stakeholders.
