About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
  • Drive our clients' vehicles to transport them to appointments and activities
  • Assist with domestic duties, including cooking and cleaning
  • Support our clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working with clients with complex needs, particularly those with spinal cord injuries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
