We are seeking a compassionate and competent Senior Support Worker to join our team at Bedfordshire Supported Housing Ltd. As a key member of our Adult Enablement Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues and learning disabilities to live more independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee a dedicated staff team, providing support to adults with various mental health conditions.
  • Manage individuals with complex needs, including personality disorders, learning disabilities, and psychosis.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and adjust support plans as needed.

**Requirements**

  • NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care L3 or above.
  • Experience in managing individuals with complex needs.
  • Passion for quality care and commitment to delivering exceptional support.
  • Knowledge of CQC Legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
