About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Chef to join our team at ETM Group London. As a Night Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and adhering to recipes and specifications.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
  • Lead a small team of demi or commis chefs, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a high-end chef, with a strong understanding of recipes and kitchen operations.
  • Experience as a Night Chef is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong level of English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of section ordering and stock control.
