Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules and manage administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

- Oversee the input and output of data using CAFM systems
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven background in administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience with CAFM systems like elog and Concerto, as well as subcontractor coordination
