About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at KILLSTAR. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of our paid social strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Manage and execute paid social campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Develop and implement experimental frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance and drive measurable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on marketing objectives and ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key digital marketing metrics to drive data-driven optimizations and refinements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital paid ads, with a strong focus on social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful paid social campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in display, affiliates, PPC, paid social, and SEO, with hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
