As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing audit, risk, and internal Digital compliance strategies, methodologies, and policies across Brambles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the ARC Strategy with the design and implementation of effective maintenance and enforcement of Digital policies, processes, and controls, based on industry-standard best practices.
  • Recommend changes in Digital policies, processes, and controls in accordance with changes in global, local, or federal law.
  • Manage Digital risk and compliance activities related to third-party vendor due diligence.
  • Manage Policy and Standards exceptions, including extensions.
  • Manage development of Digital Policies, Processes and Procedures, including controls and their respective risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field of study.
  • 5-10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
  • Desired experience with Information Security, Risk Management, and Privacy practices or Policies for minimum of 3 years of experience in the following:
  • National and International Regulatory Compliances and Frameworks such as NIST Cyber Security, ISO, CoBIT and ITIL.
  • IT business process knowledge and acumen. This includes Gen AI experience.
  • Threat, Vulnerability, Business Continuity, and Risk Assessment.
  • Advanced computer skills - Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio.
  • Ability to manage own workload and set priorities with little supervision.
  • Experience in multi-facility, international organizations.
  • Experience in diverse multi-cultural, corporate cultures.
