We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Customer Service team at Hydrasun in Aberdeen. As the first point of contact for incoming calls, you will be responsible for setting the tone and ensuring calls are directed timely and appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Customer Service team
- Run and distribute various reports, including daily margin and revenue reports, using Microsoft Excel
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a Reception environment
- Ability to plan workload where demands are constantly changing
- Proficient at general administration tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-focused and customer-focused approach
- Drive and initiative to take on new challenges
- Computer literate with ability to learn new systems
Desirable Qualifications:
- Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 Administration with units from Customer Service
