An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and negotiate subcontract documentation, terms, conditions, prices, and schedules.

• Manage subcontract works packages, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Analyze and interpret project data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying, construction estimating, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
