About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Compliance Officer to join our team at 00090 Leidos Supply LTD. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all tendering activity is completed efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all tendering activity for our organization is performed to the highest standards, conforms to relevant regulations and policies, and maximizes the benefits of our eProcurement system.
  • Participate in the development of Category strategies and ensure that they fully satisfy compliant requirements for tendering.
  • Support the drafting of tender documents and manage the associated tendering process using our eProcurement system.
  • Agree on compliant terms and conditions for all tenders, based on our approved master set.
  • Evolve terms and conditions where required, ensuring version control and compliance is retained.
  • Prioritize your workload and ensure that key deadlines are agreed with line management to support delivery in line with agreed tender issue and award dates.
  • Support the Contract Approval Board (CAB) at various stages of the tender process.
  • Undertake eProcurement system and team administration as required.
  • Maintain professional standards and provide expert tendering advice and legal/compliance support to other team members and stakeholders.
Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Highly numerate and analytical.
  • Ability to work as a member of a small team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work flexibly.
Desired Skills
  • Working knowledge of Public Sector Procurement and associated EU Regulations.
  • Knowledge of eProcurement systems.
  • Knowledge of MOD procurement processes.
