Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality food production.
  • Work with fresh seasonal produce to create high-quality, wholesome dishes that meet the needs and preferences of residents.
  • Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, maintaining efficient stock control and adhering to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with residents to tailor menus to their preferences, fostering a warm and welcoming environment within the home.

Person Specification
  • Hold a City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification, as well as a good understanding of nutrition and experience working with fresh seasonal food.
