Role Overview

As an integral member of our Global People Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective HR operations, policies, and practices that support our global objectives. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across various regions, engaging with HR teams and employees from diverse backgrounds and time zones. This collaborative environment fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, essential for our success. You will work alongside the Chief People Officer (CPO) to align HR initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for management and staff.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Offer guidance on employment relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and relevant legislation across all operational countries.
  • Assess workforce requirements, identify skill gaps, and create succession plans that align with HR's strategic objectives.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including job design, candidate evaluation, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and country HR offices to facilitate effective global recruitment.
  • Design and implement training and development programs.
  • Oversee performance management systems to promote employee growth and recognition.
  • Contribute to compensation reviews, ensuring equitable and competitive salary practices.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely employee payments and compliance with local regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining HR processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, business, or a related discipline, along with a CIPD qualification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in core HR operations, ideally within an international and culturally diverse environment.
  • Proven expertise in HR practices, tools, and compliance across various geographical regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating successful collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant HR technologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
