We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Night Support Worker to become part of our RBKC Mental Health Service team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Night Support Worker, your role will encompass a variety of duties aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers during nighttime hours. Responsibilities include:

  • Building supportive and trusting relationships with customers to foster a positive environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to manage service caseloads and administrative tasks.
  • Conducting engaging key work sessions to meet Support Plan objectives.
  • Assessing and managing risks associated with customers while promoting positive risk-taking.
  • Providing assistance with daily living activities, including budgeting and establishing nighttime routines.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the service.
  • Documenting customer interactions and incidents accurately.
  • Engaging with partner organizations to enhance service outcomes.
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with Look Ahead policies.
  • Taking on leadership responsibilities during shifts in the absence of a manager.
