Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Support Worker, your role will encompass a variety of duties aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers during nighttime hours. Responsibilities include:
- Building supportive and trusting relationships with customers to foster a positive environment.
- Collaborating with team members to manage service caseloads and administrative tasks.
- Conducting engaging key work sessions to meet Support Plan objectives.
- Assessing and managing risks associated with customers while promoting positive risk-taking.
- Providing assistance with daily living activities, including budgeting and establishing nighttime routines.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the service.
- Documenting customer interactions and incidents accurately.
- Engaging with partner organizations to enhance service outcomes.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with Look Ahead policies.
- Taking on leadership responsibilities during shifts in the absence of a manager.
