About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Retail Supervisor. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock, and supporting the shop manager in leading the team to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, placing products on shelves, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Support the shop manager in leading the team, including opening and closing the shop, handling cash, and placing orders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
