We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Supervisor Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor Apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Assisting with the management of stock levels and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment
  • Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Developing your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and apprenticeship coursework
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £437 per week. You will also receive:

  • A Retail Team Leader level 3 apprenticeship standard qualification
  • Paid time to complete your apprenticeship coursework
