Our clients, a well-established and reputable global freight forwarder, are seeking an experienced Air Import Clerk to handle high-value shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage air imports and customs entries
  • Process job costing and cutting AWBs
  • Coordinate pre-alerts and invoicing for clients
  • Liaise with airlines and overseas agents
  • Update clients on shipment status

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding
  • Proven import experience
  • Proficiency in PC applications
  • Excellent customer service skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
