Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeping Support

Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited is currently looking for a skilled Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeping Support to become a part of their dynamic team. This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 2:30pm
  • Total of 35.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee bank accounts and perform daily reconciliations with statements
  • Handle transactions related to factoring accounts
  • Generate and dispatch sales invoices and credit notes
  • Administer accounts receivable and liaise with clients regarding payments
  • Process purchase invoices and credit notes efficiently
  • Reconcile supplier accounts to ensure prompt payments
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent data entry capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
