Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited is currently looking for a skilled Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeping Support to become a part of their dynamic team. This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 2:30pm
- Total of 35.5 hours per week
- Oversee bank accounts and perform daily reconciliations with statements
- Handle transactions related to factoring accounts
- Generate and dispatch sales invoices and credit notes
- Administer accounts receivable and liaise with clients regarding payments
- Process purchase invoices and credit notes efficiently
- Reconcile supplier accounts to ensure prompt payments
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Excellent data entry capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
