Pertemps Medical is seeking a highly organised and confident client account administrator to join their expanding projects team in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and support the Project Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of projects.
- Chase medical reports completed by the Assessment team to ensure timely completion.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise within the project, providing effective solutions.
- Support the compliance team as required, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Confident and enthusiastic phone manner, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
