Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be the kitchen, a dynamic and creative environment. You will utilize our 'National Trust Cookbook' to craft delightful dishes from scratch, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Your culinary creations will be served directly to our visitors. You will contribute to fostering a supportive workplace atmosphere, demonstrating empathy and providing assistance to colleagues as needed. Our goal is to cultivate a positive environment where everyone is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our guests. By adhering to stringent food hygiene and safety protocols, you will help minimize risks to visitors, staff, and contractors.
