Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on the kitchen, a dynamic and creative environment. You will utilize our 'National Trust Cookbook' to craft delightful dishes from scratch, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Your culinary creations will be served directly to our visitors. You will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture by providing support and encouragement to your colleagues. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and adhering to COSHH regulations will be essential to minimize risks to visitors, staff, and contractors. We will provide you with a tailored induction, training in allergens and food safety, and any necessary mentoring to excel in your role.
