Job Description:
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to support our school network with quality and consistent staff. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
- Manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
- Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
Requirements:
- CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience
- Confidence in managing a class of students
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
