Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and training to our staff, customers, and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training on a wide range of products, technologies, and working practices.
  • Investigate complex technical issues and provide resolutions.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Lead the development of technical training programs and deliver courses to technical employees and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve departmental strategy.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications: MS Office, Windows Operating System, and Linux.
  • Knowledge of electronic and mechanical assemblies, wiring diagrams, schematics, and complex digital and analog circuitry.
  • Excellent customer interface, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with High Voltage and X-ray producing equipment preferred.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of a technical trade school or military training.
Working Conditions

This role may require travel of up to 50% in the UK and internationally. You may be required to lift heavy weights and work non-standard hours.
