Main Responsibilities- Direct and supervise the provision of nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients, ensuring that care meets statutory requirements and Trust policies.
- Participate in the management of the neonatal unit, demonstrating sound organizational skills and leadership abilities.
- Assist with budgetary control at ward level and contribute to the development of effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
