Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized employment plans for participants
  • Collaborate with employers to create job opportunities and provide support
  • Provide coaching and guidance to participants to help them achieve their employment goals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of supported internships and make recommendations for improvement
