We are seeking a Sales Director to join Utility People, a leading energy consultancy specialising in energy procurement and green energy solutions. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing both direct and offshore sales teams, as well as Third Party Intermediaries (TPI). This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence and ensuring that the sales teams are motivated and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow and manage sales teams, including direct, offshore, and TPI, to exceed targets
  • Manage full responsibility for annual sales
  • Foster a collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive high performance
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow market share in SME and mid-market B2B sectors
  • Drive revenue growth through energy procurement and green energy solutions
  • Maintain and develop business relationships to optimise sales efficiency
  • Oversee sales forecasting and reporting to track progress and guide decisions
