We are currently in search of a skilled Procurement Analyst to join a prominent organization in the Defence sector. This position is integral to the Category Management team, focusing on procurement activities and managing the Procure-to-Pay process within a specified region.

This exceptional opportunity involves supporting a well-established Defence entity on a contract basis, with a flexible working arrangement.


Issue Resolution:
Address challenges related to Purchase Order execution, including quality alerts, export documentation, urgent delivery escalations, and lead time oversight.

Performance Metrics:
Play a key role in meeting throughput and operational performance metrics, ensuring high service standards for internal stakeholders.

Within assigned limits and pre-approved suppliers, oversee the complete spot buy process, which includes Request for Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, and supplier selection, in collaboration with the Purchasing Coordinator/Category Manager.
