Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our service standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and Mentor: Facilitate the induction of new team members and oversee the completion of essential training programs.
  • Lead and Inspire: Guide and motivate your team during shifts to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled effectively.

Compensation

Competitive pay rates based on age and experience, with an additional £1 per hour for those leading a shift.

Ideal Candidate

You may currently hold a position as a Supervisor, Deputy Manager, or Team Leader in a restaurant, pub, or customer service environment.
