Job Title: Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

Auxeris is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to work on a varied range of cases, including Estate Administration and Probate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE and experience of working within Probate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out client instructions in an efficient and expedient manner, adhering to the firm's professional and procedural standards.
  • Provide accurate progress reports for clients at regular intervals.
  • Deal effectively with client queries by telephone or by clear and detailed letter.
  • Maintain accurate records and an efficient and tidy filing system.
  • Meet budgeted fees and profit targets where applicable.
Person Specification
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to organise and run a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to help and encourage less senior members of the department.
  • Co-operative and helpful attitude within a team environment.
  • Diligent and conscientious approach to work.
Skills Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 Years PQE.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled at managing caseloads.
