About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of probate and estate administration matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out client instructions in an efficient and expedient manner, adhering to our professional and procedural standards.
  • Provide accurate progress reports to clients at regular intervals.
  • Deal effectively with client queries by telephone or by clear and detailed letter.
  • Maintain accurate records and an efficient filing system.
  • Meet budgeted fees and profit targets, where applicable.
  • Organise and run a busy caseload, meeting deadlines and providing support to less senior members of the department.
